Returns & Refunds Policy

The Kilted Hiker works with a trusted third-party print-on-demand partner to produce many of our items. Because of this, our return policy is different from traditional retail stores.

Please read carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order & Limited-Run Items

Most merchandise sold through The Kilted Hiker is:

• Made to order

• Produced in small batches

• Printed specifically for each customer

For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

• Do not return the item unless instructed to do so

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to:

• Issue a replacement, or

• Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible

In many cases, returns are not required.

Returns Address

We do not list a public return address.

All merchandise is fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner. Returns or replacements are handled by authorization only. If a return is required, specific instructions and an approved return address will be provided after your claim is reviewed.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selection

• Normal wear and tear

• Digital products or downloadable content

• Memberships or subscriptions

• Items not reported within the required timeframe

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and arrives damaged or incorrect, we will issue a replacement or store credit where applicable.
